Clear information for a confident shopping experience. Please read these terms before placing an order.
Last updated: 4 November 2026

01 · Shopping with Allibyah

These terms apply to purchases from the Allibyah online store. Product details, checkout information and the conditions of any offer shown when you order form part of your purchase. Nothing here limits your mandatory rights under Egyptian consumer-protection law.

02 · Products and variations

Review the model, size, capacity, quantity and age guidance before ordering. Screen colours and packaging artwork may vary, but a material difference or incorrect item will be handled in accordance with your legal rights. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

03 · Prices, offers and payment

Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). The crossed-out price is the original price and the highlighted lower price is the sale price. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and discounts must appear in the final total before confirmation. Payment methods and their instructions are those available at checkout.

04 · Order confirmation and availability

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. An acknowledgement confirms that we received your order request; availability and payment may still need checking. If an error or unavailable item affects your order, we will contact you to agree a solution. We will not charge more without your agreement.

05 · Delivery and cancellation

Delivery options, charges and any available estimated timing are shown at checkout or communicated when your order is confirmed. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; we will check whether dispatch has started. Processing procedures do not replace your statutory cancellation or return rights.

06 · Returns and faulty goods

Eligible goods may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Faulty goods may be returned or replaced within 30 days without additional cost, in accordance with the law. Exceptions concerning a product’s nature, condition or packaging do not remove separate rights relating to defects.

07 · Return requests and refunds

Contact us with your order number or other proof of purchase and explain the issue. Provide photos where helpful and keep the item while return arrangements are agreed. Refunds use the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed, within the applicable legal period. Unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency.

08 · Safe use and product care

Follow the manufacturer’s age guidance, warnings and cleaning instructions for each model. Inspect products before use and stop using damaged items. Do not assume every part can be boiled, microwaved or washed in a dishwasher. Keep small parts and packaging away from children.

09 · Personal information and communications

Information needed to process and support orders may be shared with the payment or delivery providers involved in fulfilling them. Contact the store with questions about your order or personal information. Newsletter sign-up is separate from placing an order. Never share payment PINs or one-time passwords with support staff.

10 · Applicable law and updates

Egyptian law applies without excluding mandatory consumer rights. The terms displayed when you place an order apply to that purchase; later changes apply to future orders. Product names, logos and protected materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Store contact details are provided in the footer.
